My name is Allan Figi and I am an Entrepreneur, Realtor, Internet Marketer, Success Coach & Trainer. My passion, desire and strong belief in utilizing circles of influence in order to achieve success are the driving force to my success. My first experiences with being an entrepreneur goes all the way back to when I was a child and placed a lemonade stand out at the end of our driveway one summer when I was 10. (May sound cliché, but it truly is what my first experience of being an entrepreneur started) From that moment on, I always knew in my heart and soul that I wanted to be in business for myself.
I am from a very small down in the Midwest where I grew up in a home that was just my mother and I. I watched my mother work 2 jobs in order to support both of us. I hated being the kid of a single mom and not having the newest toys or newest clothes. Kids are mean and I grew up being very insecure and shy. The more I reflect on my feelings growing up helps me understand my desire to help people break through and find their inner success. Watching my mom struggle over the years instilled a drive and passion in me to help others find their true purpose in life and obtain the hopes and dreams they desire.
Being in the Network Marketing Business
I started in network marketing in 2006 and have learned a lot along the way. I was introduced to the business by a really good friend and together we embarked on building a team. I’ll admit it, the first couple years were not easy and I wanted to toss in towel several times. I had invested so much time and energy, not to mention money that I was really second guessing what I was doing. It was in those first 2 years that I met an incredible mentor and motivator. Little did I know at the time, but this person (One of the greatest networkers in the world according to a book released in 2011 by John Milton Fogg) was going to end up being a business partner and somebody that I would consider and have the good fortune of calling my friend – Lynn Allen-Johnson.
My Network Marketing Mentor
Lynn Allen-Johnson is an author, entrepreneur and self-made millionaire. Now I know what you are thinking, she is too busy for beginners, in which case I have to say you are completely wrong. Lynn took me under her wing and guided me mentally with this business. She helped me draw a line in the sand and truly develop my vision and purpose. Without vision and purpose, I would not have been able to stay focused on the goals at hand in order to succeed in my business. Lynn has been by my side all along the way teaching me the true meaning of being a leader as well as the true meaning of having a passive and residual income. Meeting Lynn was truly a defining moment in my entrepreneurial life. My Network Marketing Journey
My experiences have led me to understand that there is much more to building a network marketing team than chasing people to join you. It is through these experiences that I want to help guide and teach other motivated individuals that desire success. A true leader has the ability to identify the strengths in a team member and build on those strengths. I can’t want it for you; YOU have to want it for yourself. My Vision and Goals
My passion and determination are to guide other entrepreneurs in making their hopes, dreams and desire a reality. I accomplish this by sharing my experience, network and resources. By doing this, I am able to empower people in finding their true power and potential of who and what they are capable of achieving.
